Itinerary
Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga classes start at the shore of the Blue Lake. After distribution of all your equipment you will be given a brief explanation on how to use the Stand-Up Paddle Board and everything you need to know before heading out on the water.
After the demonstration we will take our Stand-up Paddle board and take a short ride together to gain some confidence and balance on the water and then the SUP Yoga class will begin.
We will start with a creative vinyasa sequence to warm up and strengthen the body. We will stretch all the muscles and quiet the mind, along with breathing exercises. We will end our session with a meditative relaxation on the water before paddling back to shore, to our initial starting point.
