The prices listed in this brochure are indicative and may vary based on the number of participants and any additional transportation costs. Final prices will be confirmed upon booking. Activities are considered booked only once full payment has been received. Payments are accepted exclusively via Stripe (QR Code) or in cash with the exact amount, only during working hours. Please ensure payment is completed promptly to guarantee your booking, as no reservations will be made before payment is secured.
The applied prices include our service and payment fee, as we handle all booking arrangements.
Your @AZORES Experience Manager is available to assist you during regular business hours. For any inquiries or support outside these hours, please contact us on the next available working day or when we are present at the hotel.
To book an activity, please inform your Experience Manager as early as possible to ensure availability and necessary arrangements.
Activities are considered booked only once full payment has been received. Please ensure payment is completed as soon as possible to guarantee your booking. No reservations will be made before payment is secured.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity for a full refund.
Activities are subject to weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, your Experience Manager will assist in rescheduling or offer alternative options.
Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the activity providers. @AZORES is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
