Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is becoming increasingly popular. It’s a fun and peaceful way to get in touch with the water and it’s relatively easy to master. Once you get the hang of it, you can even try some yoga poses! Our equipment is brand new and includes (as the name suggests), a board, a paddle and a life jacket.
