Itinerary

– During surf lessons in the Azores, you will learn about the ocean and the main safety rules.
– Next, you will do a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body.
– Then, you will receive an explanation about the surf equipment, its functions, and the take-off technique while still on the sand.
– Next, you will learn how to enter the water, get on the board correctly, and catch waves in the foam.
– Finally, you will practice paddling, standing up, and maintaining your balance on the board.
