Itinerary
The boat tour in the Azores starts with reception and boarding at Marina de Vila Franca do Campo, accompanied by a local guide.
During the navigation around the Natural Reserve of Ilhéu de Vila Franca do Campo, the guide explains the volcanic formation and the ecological importance of the area.
Participants observe the impressive rock formations, resident seabirds, and those that nest on the islet, such as the Common Tern (Sterna hirundo). The boat makes a brief stop for photos and nature observation, depending on sea conditions.
Finally, the tour concludes with the return to the marina and the end of the activity.
